I helped count the homeless last night. It was apparently the largest homeless count in the nation, and people were counting all over the country. Los Angeles is being counted in 3 nights, and last night was my area. We were assigned a census tract and drove up each street, looking for homeless people, shelters, and lived in vehicles. It was quite interesting. I got a shirt and a hat.
