Well I passed the background check and got word today that I am an official mentor for I could Be.org. I watched the 15 minute introductory training video and the program looks very interesting. There are many different programs for the kids to follow and learn a lot of useful skills. Mentors log on and offer comments on their work, and provide advice about schooling and work. I like mentoring kids, and I have lots of patience and ideas.

Great! We can compare notes/help each other. It did take a while for the background check, and they sent me email saying they were very busy.
